Compliance & Rectification Project – Brunswick East | VIC
Pirelli Building Group worked extensively with the Building and Plumbing Commission and the Owners Corporation on this complex, multi-site project located within a former prominent heritage building.
We were engaged to bring the site to full compliance and rectify previously unsatisfactory works. The multifaceted scope included re-flooring seven internal staircases — featuring custom-made nosing from a premium NSW supplier — along with the supply and installation of two new external staircases. Additional works included the replacement of all toilet suites, and complete renewal of waterproofing, cladding, and painting across multiple balconies.
The project required significant collaboration and negotiation with a range of insurance, legal, and private stakeholders to define and execute an agreed, achievable scope. Ultimately, Pirelli Building Group reinstated the property to a compliant and high-quality standard, ensuring long-term structural and aesthetic integrity.
